Why Prenatal and Postpartum Support
In 2008, I started a health & fitness business to help women who were pregnant, who were in menopause, who were depressed, and who were in pain. My experience as a Complementary Therapist, Health Coach, Personal Trainer, EMT, and Postpartum Care Tech, lead me to want to focus on pregnant moms and moms who have just given birth within 1 year. Thus the creation (or change of name) from Health Salud Sante to Before Baby After Baby. I have recently been certified as a Childbirth Professional (Doula, Childbirth and Breastfeeding Educator).The focus is to support prenatal and postnatal women to have the best pregnancy, birth experience, and postpartum recovery possible! Women need knowledge/education to make informed decisions. Once they make the decision, they need support,tools, and empowerment. Before Baby After Baby is a handful to say but the name truly explains the focus of my services!
