WE AT SUGARLAND HEALTHCARE WE PROMOTE CARING & COMPASSION THROUGHOUT OUR COMMUNITY AS WE CATER TO OUR SENIORS!!!!!

We enjoyed giving back to the community as our seniors they took a Hawaiian Summer break and traveled through various places as they begin to be refreshed. What a wonderful time we had at one of our Community Outreach Event at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Sugarland.

Many seniors came together to dance, eat, have a fun-time, and
PLAY INSTRUMENTS. It was great to see the smiles on their faces, and the energy was electrifying. We cater to our Seniors, and it is an honor to serve them in many capacities. Our youth volunteers always do an outstanding job in assisting us. We are thankful for our administrator Bernadette Staples who always leads the way!!!

We look forward to being with our seniors again on our next travel adventure. ALOHA 🏖🪇🪘💃

We are so grateful for our patients as it is planting season and during our rehab recovering time our patients/residents will have the opportunity to use their skills to enhance the ability to create flower boxes & gardens. 🪴🌺🌹🪻🌷🌸🌼💐🌾🌞🌻

Flower box and gardens are increasingly being used in our Rehab facilities to enhance our patients experience and to provide therapeutic benefits. These elements can create a calming and visually appealing environment, encourage engagement with nature, and offer opportunities for horticultural therapy. There are benefits for Flower Boxes and Gardens and here a few:
For Therapeutic Benefits, Enhancing the Environment, Creating Opportunities for Engagement, Promoting Physical Activity, Providing Sensory Stimulation, Improving Quality of Life, etc.

CELEBRATING OUR NURSES AT SUGARLAND HEALTHCARE CENTER
On National Nurses Day, we honor the remarkable men and women who have embarked on a profound journey of compassion and service, elevating the art of nursing with their tireless dedication to delivering exceptional, empathetic care to all individuals.

As our Nations's largest healthcare profession, with an estimated 4.3 million actively licensed registered nurses, the nursing community embodies the very essence of selflessness, resilience, and hope. From the frontline nurses have consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to uplifting humanity, providing solace, and inspiring transformation times through of adversity.

Let it SNOW!!!
What an extraordinary experience that we are having, witnessing snowfall in the Sugarland and its surrounding areas. We are grateful for our dedicated staff at Sugarland Healthcare Center, who have been tirelessly caring for our patients. We take pride in enhancing lives and assisting patients through restoration & recovery. It is one of the most rewarding aspects of our service to provide care, both physical and emotional, during these times of community solidarity. Our staff even managed to have a bit of fun while working😀 beyond their usual routines and schedules. All our patients are safe and warm, enjoying this time while maintaining their daily routines. May we continue to provide the necessary support to our patients, ensuring their families remain safe at home!!
