Ingredients:
1 chamomile tea bag (or 1 tablespoon dried chamomile flowers)
1/2 teaspoon dried lavender flowers
1 cup hot water

Instructions:
Place the chamomile tea bag and dried lavender flowers into a mug.
Pour one cup of hot water over the tea bag and flowers.
Allow the mixture to steep for 5-7 minutes.
Strain out the flowers and tea bag if needed.
