Shayla Sharmin, our dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner, recently spoke to the Women's Council of REALTORS Fort Bend about the importance of mental health. Her presentation highlighted essential tools for personal and professional wellbeing, including self care practices, recognizing mental health symptoms, and achieving a healthy work life balance.

With experience treating patients ages 5 and up, Shayla provides acute, chronic, and preventative care for a wide range of conditions. She treats everything from respiratory issues and minor injuries to diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and mental health concerns. She also offers wellness screenings, vaccinations, and physicals. By collaborating with general surgeons, physical therapists, and other specialists, Shayla ensures every patient receives personalized and comprehensive care.
