Egg white and sausage sandwiches for this week’s breakfast! ☺️
- in a medium baking dish mix the entire carton of egg whites, chopped spinach, mushrooms and onions. Add the spices you like, mix and pop it in the oven at 350* for 25 mins.
- for the sausage, weigh out 2oz and mold into patties. Cook on the skillet or airfryer !
- For the bagels 🥯 cut them in half !

After everything is cooked, assemble and use clear wrap to wrap them up! I put mine back in the bagel bag and popped them into the freezer !
This morning I added more onions, spinach and olives 🫒
Also paired it with some papaya y mi cafecito ❣️

Whats up y’all! I’m back and better than ever. It’s my birthday week so I’m cooking up my favorite meals / getting back into clean eating 🫡.

Todays meal prep is Green chili Chicken-
What you’ll need
——————————
-chicken
-broccoli
-red bell pepper
-tomatillos
-jalapeños
-onions
-garlic
-mushrooms
-chicken bullion #
-oregano
-basil
-cilantro
-rice

Start by dicing chicken into bite size pieces!

For the salsa, blend the tomatillos, onion, garlic, 2 jalapeños, chicken bullion, water, oregano, basil, cilantro and s/p together!

Cut both broccoli and mushrooms and place them in a sauce pan so they can get a bit soft.

After chicken and veggies are done combine them together and then add the sauce. Bring it to a boil for 6-10mins then serve with a side of rice !
I also added this avo sauce and siracha for more heat !

I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted but I was really feeling creative today ! As some of you may know, I have stomach problems which can lead to discomfort. So I looked online for gut friendly remedies and came across ginger shots! II’ve made enough for the next 2weeks so I think I’ll end up resolving my problem 😂 anywho, I’ll be back with more recipes as well ! Hope y’all have a happy Monday !! 🥰

It’s been a hot minute since my last post so I apologize 😅 this post is brought to you by post-food poisoning 😂
- and since I still can’t eat like normal we’re gonna use this time to detox for the first time in a while. This morning green juice is packed with all the good vitamins and minerals I need to replenish my stomach with so here’s what’s inside !
🟢
- one cup of mango chunks
- a scoop of collagen powder (thx 2 Jen)
-1 1/2 tablespoons of moringa powder
-1/2 cup of OJ
- 8 almonds
- cup of spinach
- handful of grapes
➖blend that baby up and you’re done !
Final taste 10/10 - a little too sweet for my stomach but it’s okay cause we’re sipping it 😂 It’s really upsetting not being able to eat normally/ being paranoid of everything I consume but little by little we’ll get better! Hope everyone has a great week 😝💕

2/3 quick oats
1tablespoon of flax seeds
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
🤤 top with black berries and cinnamon ✨ and that’s it !!

Currently on meal prep mode ! I’ll be working for the next few days and since we’re eating clean/saving money I got to meal prep 🤗.
For todays post I have a pepperoni egg bite recipe. It’s quick and packed with protein for this week’s breakfast!
Here’s the recipe-
〽️ 6 eggs
-season with oregano, salt, pepper, paprika, complete seasoning- beat it up for a bit and transfer into a pan.
〽️ add mixed veggies & mix 〽️

Top with pepperoni slices and red onion ✨ bake for 20min on 300* and you’re done ! 🌀
Once again I’m pretty excited to eat what I have for the week😂 hopefully I don’t get cravings in the new cities.—- on another note, today has been pretty eventful for a Friday! Chloie and I woke up at 6:30am , dropped a friend off at the airport and went to the gym. We got groceries & loaded up the washer once again😂 later I’ll be taking 2 Muay Thai classes to make up the days I didn’t go this week! Much fun, Very excited.

Good afternoon 😃💚
For lunch today we have a roasted chicken citrus salad ! Here’s how I made it.
✨ To start- season your chicken with garlic & onion powder along with the seasonings in the second photo. I also sprayed avocado oil for healthy fats. I’m not a huge fan of adding salt since the seasoning have enough but add some if you’d like.
〽️ Now cook the chicken til tender or almost burnt like me 😂 〽️ once it’s done set it aside to cool and cut into chunks !

For my salad base-
I used a head of Romain lettuce, one large carrot, one large cucumber, red onions. I topped it off with some grapefruit so the juice can act as a dressing! I never liked dressing so I tend to add fruit or top my salads off with lime juice !
It also may seem like a lot of salad but I like to get all my veggies in early in the day. I hope everyone has a good day & rest of the week !! Don’t forget to hydrate !!

Hi hello, ya girl made Posole verde for the first time!! I was really craving it after seeing my parents so instead of getting some at a restaurant obvi I had to make it myself. It wasn’t hard it just took a hot minute to make 😂. Does it taste like my moms ? No. But it was still good and I’m proud of myself. Cheers to adulting I guess 😂🥲

Quick oats with frozen fruit and chia seeds. Been swapping the coffee for tea lately! For lunch I usually just eat rice with some protein and dinner is a protein shake after Muay Thai ! 😋
I’ve also been drinking a gallon and then some after taking Muay Thai classes. I’m having such a blast sweating like crazy. Definitely been needing this type of change!! Pero ! I hope y’all have been doing great ! 🥰
