To All Our Patients,

After much consideration, Dr. Reading and I are proud to announce our decision to partner with Geode Health, Inc. for all your mental & behavioral healthcare needs. Our patients will still have the same type of individualized care and services moving forward, but we will also be able to provide: an additional Integrated Team Approach with an in-house Therapist and Nurse Practitioners/PAs, a convenient way to book online, continued telemedicine and in-person appointment options, after hours crisis support, a Personalized Patient Portal, and more opportunities for appointments with Providers who are part of our excellent team and under Dr. Reading’s direct supervision.

It is and has been an honor and privilege to serve you, our patients. We will continue to do so, especially through the continuity of this transition. Geode Health is empowering people to live healthy, more rewarding lives through accessible, affordable, and effective mental health care tailored to their individual needs, and we are excited to be working with them.

Effective April 11th, 2023, we are transitioning to an electronic medical record system with a patient portal, a new telemedicine platform, and a new payment system. In the coming weeks, please watch for an email inviting you to create your Patient Portal account labeled “Geode Health – Stafford". Please reach out if you need help.

More exciting news: we are excited to announce that we are working to accept additional insurances! When you sign up for your Patient Portal account, the system will request your insurance. Feel free to include, but please note – we are not yet in network with every insurance company. Our team can help you understand the process. We are excited to offer this new benefit over the coming months!

We're so grateful to SAMHSA, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Federal Communications Commission, and our other su***de prevention and mental health partners in the field for working together to get us here, and we look forward to growing and expanding our services and supports in the years to come.
