Wanna know a secret weapon for fighting IBS? •


*drum roll* EXERCISE! 💪🏻 😃🧘🏻‍♀️🏋🏻‍♀️



IBS symptoms are often painful and difficult to manage. 😞 But, developing a consistent workout routine, in my personal experience, has DRASTICALLY changed the severity of my symptoms. (Renee, my sister, agrees!) •

Have you ever gotten home from a long day of work or school and craved some sweets? Well, that's me (Renee) everyday. •



I found this Low FODMAP Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe online but didn't have any chocolate chips--I only had cacao powder. So, I tweaked the recipe and went straight to baking. •



The cookies turned out to be SO GOOD! And, they're healthy and easy to make! •

Having food allergies can be hard.



At least for Renee and I, we personally have tried our fair share of diets to try to help improve our .



One diet that really help show some improvement in my (Savannah’s) symptoms a few months ago (gas, bloating, pains in my stomach, etc) was the Low FODMAP Diet. It’s called an elimination diet, and it helps people figure out what their “triggers” are for their symptoms.



What to know more? After a month of following the Low FODMAP Diet I saw remarkable improvement of my symptoms. I’m recommending this because it worked for me!

are all the rage right now and as we are both gluten free, we hadn't been able to try out this special type of pasta. But, for Christmas we were given these delicious potato gnocchi "pasta" and we knew we had to try them out asap. With our Fody Spaghetti sauce we cooked up this delicious & extremely simple dinner. Per serving this potatognocchi is 100% Low FODMAP! Let yourself enjoy the pasta using the recipe below! *Emoji* Ingredients: 1 package of potato gnocchi, Water, Salt (to taste), 1/3 cup Fody Spaghetti Sauce, 1/4 cup dairy-free cheese for topping. Steps: 1. Boil water in small pot. 2. Add potato gnocchi, cook for two minutes or until the gnocchi floats to the top of the water. 3. Drain gnocchi. 4. Add pasta sauce & cheese. 5. Enjoy! But, we are back & better than ever... and we've changed a lot of things. Not only is SavyEats now renamed Troubled Tummies, we are adding a new member to the team-- my sister, Renee. This account will be jointly ran by us, sisters! •
