What is one thing you have been putting off that actually matters to you?

Step 1: Pick one value. Connection. Health. Creativity. Courage. Growth. Whatever resonates.
Step 2: Pick one small action that moves you toward that value. Not a big production. Something you can do today.
If your value is connection: text someone you have been meaning to reach out to. If health: take a 15-minute walk without your phone. If creativity: spend 20 minutes on something you used to enjoy but have not made time for. If courage: say the thing you have been holding back.
Step 3: Do it. Even if you do not feel like it. Especially if you do not feel like it. Motivation follows action. Not the other way around.
