Looking for a light and refreshing dinner option? Chef Verati's Asparagus and Marinated Swordfish with Lemon Sauce is simple, elegant, and easy! Give it a try tonight!

Directions: Slice swordfish very fine and marinate in lemon juice for 30 minutes. The lemon marinade will cook the fish. Drain. Set lemon juice aside.

Cook asparagus in salted, boiling water until tender and set aside on a warm plate. Top with swordfish.

Slightly warm olive oil and add lemon juice. Remove from heat. Add dressing and whisk well. Serve immediately over fish.
