We are NOT a typical spa setting focused on relaxation or pampering... here, we focus on chronic pain management, addressing gait and mobility issues, and assisting amateur and professional athletes with performance improvement. We strive to develop bodywork treatment plans for our patients to meet unique pain management needs and help reduce symptoms FAST. We are also one of Houston’s only Ehlers-Danlos Aware (“Zebra Friendly”) Wellness Clinics, and we collaborate our care with other healthcare professionals to take a more integrated approach to massage and bodywork. Our chiropractors and massage therapists are thoroughly vetted by our founder, who has hypermobile EDS, to check for their understanding of how to more safely care for this vulnerable population and their individual approach to care in working with these types of patients in our clinic. Interstellar Massage was founded in 2023 to bring clients of the Greater Houston Metro Area incredible therapeutic massage focusing on treating chronic pain and mobility issues, as well as providing sports massage for both amateur and professional athletes. We started out as a sole-provider mobile massage therapy business on December 7, 2023. We celebrated the opening of our first brick-and-mortar advanced therapeutic massage clinic on October 18, 2024. We started with three treatment rooms in a 665 square foot practice, and at one point had up to twelve talented therapists providing services in the small treatment space. On June 27, 2025, Interstellar Massage evolved into Interstellar Wellness Group, forming an advanced multidisciplinary bodywork clinic bringing advanced massage therapy, chiropractic care, corrective exercise, and nutrition coaching all under one roof with the goal of streamlining bodywork patient care. This first clinic expansion brought the Interstellar team into a 6500 square foot medical practice with 5 massage treatment rooms, 1 couples massage treatment room, 3 chiropractic treatment rooms, 1 nutrition office, 1 corrective exercise space, and 2 advanced treatment rooms (which will later be developed to add detox hydrotherapy, IV hydration therapy, hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, and functional lab testing). The Interstellar Wellness Group brand is an insurgent brand, meant to catch attention, turn heads, and inspire massive change.
