Why Fit Fascia Solutions?
Fit Fascia Solutions was created as a response to the countless requests for small group training and education in the area of myofascial self-treatment. Interaction with a practitioner is the preferred method of learning, taking into account your individual needs and responses. Licensed PT’s, Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, and other educators who are passionate about fascial fitness are available to bring a class to your area. We offer specific classes for the young athlete (jr. high and high school) and their parents, fascia/fun/fitness for women, and Continuing Education Courses for LMT’s (coming soon).
