It’s been a long time since I’ve done one of these so allow me to reintroduce myself!

My name is Brittany, I’ve been a massage therapist for 7 years and a business owner the last 3.

My favorite part about massage is helping people feel better, whether it’s with pain relief, working on increasing mobility, or just relaxing the nervous system.

Outside of massage I am a mom, partner, and college student. I love to practice yoga, listen to music and podcasts, and try to keep plants alive.

My ideal session is helping someone in need of therapeutic touch. Whether that’s lymphatic drainage to help post injury, targeted work on an area that’s causing you pain, or providing movement to help with mobility.

I’ve learned at day spas, chiropractors, a few franchises, and PT clinics.
I’d like to think I’ve taken something from all of those and am able to use that to customize your session and optimize the healing environment.

(do we still do these? 😅) the first 2 years after getting my massage license I worked at a day spa. I loved what I was doing but I knew I wanted more. I wanted to do cupping and sports work, I wanted to build clientele (a lot of people only go to day spas on occasion and it was hard to have more than a few regulars), I was burnt out by the end of the day from doing 5 hours of massage. I walked into my first session today and smelled essential oils that immediately took me back to working at that day spa and that’s when it hit me exactly how far I have came and how I had gotten everything I had been asking for. It’s easy to get wrapped up in life and what you’re wanting without even realizing that what you have is what past you had been longing for. I am filled with gratitude seeing where I am today and cannot wait to see how my current efforts will pay off for my future self. 🥹💖

This client came is saying their average sleep score was in the 30-40s for a few weeks due to neck pain. After our second session it jumped up to the 80s. I loved hearing that, such a compliment! ☺️💖
