Weight Loss Program
• Providing services with consultation on patient lifestyle and diet, and what changes could be made based on concerns the patient may have
• Approaches to weight loss may include the method of prescription, following a diet plan, injections, or a combination of the previously mentioned.
• Inital visit will require follow ups in order to determine
progressive result or changes made with weight management.
Diabetic check
• Service intended for patients looking to monitor their diabetes, blood levels and potential changes in their lifestyle.
• Initial visit will require patient to come fasting in order to draw labs and make adjustments with patient through medication or changes in lifestyle upon results and procedures.
• Follow up visits are required in order to maintain patient’s health and blood levels
Physical Exams
• Physicals are required for every patient, once a year through a full body assessment
• This includes physicals required by a patient’s school, Work, DoT, etc
• Bloodwork and lab procedures are required for physicals, general.
• Blood works is not required in School physicals for students in school.
• Service is intended to provide good feedback on the overall well being of the patient and to discuss if any potential changes are to be made in order to maintain a good and healthy life.
