🌶🏉4 tips for a healthy super bowl and Buffalo Chicken Wing Recipe! 🏉😛
If you are going to a gathering, one of the best things you can do is to bring your own dish or dishes. If you aren’t going to a gathering, still prepare yourself for that couch time where we tend to overeat and mindlessly eat. Some tips on that below:
1) 🌶🥕🥒A veggie tray is great to bring! Sliced veggies such as carrot sticks, celery sticks, sliced bell peppers. Bring Salsa or hummus to dip these in.
2) 🍓Fruit is great! Blueberries, strawberries, raspberries
3) 🍗Grilled chicken wings are a great thing to make! I have posted a buffalo chicken wings recipe on here before that is soooo good!
4) 💦💦Hydrate with water, tea, or zevia versus sugar filled, high calorie coke that turns straight to fat and makes us crash.
BUFFALO CHICKEN WING RECIPE (30 days approved):
3 lbs chicken breasts, sliced
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp Franks hot sauce
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 tbsp oregano
4 tsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp chili powder
salt and fresh pepper
2 celery stalks, sliced into strips
In a large bowl combine chicken, 2 tbsp hot sauce, vinegar, oregano, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder salt and pepper. Mix well and let marinate for 30 minutes.
Place wings on a broiler rack and broil on low, about 8 inches from the flame for about 10-12 minutes on each side. (All ovens are different so be careful not to burn and make sure it is cooked before removing)
While chicken cooks, heat the remaining hot sauce until warm. Toss the hot sauce with the chicken and arrange on a platter. Serve with celery.
