There's no better way to kick off the week than by surrounding ourselves with people who inspire us and push us to be our best selves! 💪 A strong community can be the difference between giving in to the Monday blues or starting the week off strong. 💯
This morning at 8:15, we had two incredible ladies in here absolutely crushing it in our challenging circuit class. 🏋️‍♀️ Their heart rates were pumping, and they tackled some tough exercises together, proving that teamwork makes the dream work. 💥
After the session, Miranda said, "I'm really glad somebody else was here because that would have been really tough to do on my own." 👭 It just goes to show how important it is to surround ourselves with people who motivate and encourage us, especially when the going gets tough.
So, let's all make it a point to build our community and support each other in our goals, whether they're fitness-related, personal, or professional.

In our small group classes this week, we're moving into a phase of focusing on Muscular Endurance.

Basically, that means our muscles ability to train longer and harder without giving out.

This helps us in so many aspects of our day-to-day lives.

We're all guilty of it.
We catch ourselves not being as disciplined as we mean to be. We're not really working on our goals as hard as we want to. We allow ourselves to settle for less.
We tell ourselves, "Next week is the week I'll turn it all around. I'll start again on Monday."
