Part of being safe is staying weather aware!

Looking Ahead: is NOT done with winter! Here is a look at 20 members of the American ensemble (6Z GEFS), with over half showing winter precipitation in the state in about 7-8 days. This is just a signal for snow to watch, and there is no confidence in any one solution being accurate. Usually we don’t look past a week out in weather modeling, but it’s worth hinting at for now. There is a decent chance of *somewhere* in TX in 7-8 days, but not a guarantee yet. One thing we know is that February will certainly act more like February in TX, for the most part.
