My Thai friend introduced me to the "Narah Gymema Ultra" product when I was travelling in Thailand back in 2017. I was aware that my glucose level was high, but I didn't have it measured at the time. I had blurry vision for the past 3 months. I was aware that this is a sign of a prediabetic. My weight was at 283 lbs at the time and I had hypertension.

I started taking the Narah Gymema Ultra supplement in March, 2018 when i got back to WA. The set comes in a capsule and tea. After just 3 days of using the Narah products I noticed my eyesight improved significantly...only 3 days. Amazing!

After 2 weeks, I measured my fasting glucose level, and it was at 129! That was still high, but I no longer had the blurry vision, so that was encouraging.
