🌱IF YOU’RE GOING TO BE LOW ON ANYTHING, DON’T MAKE IT ENERGY🌱
Low energy is one of those things that seems to happen when we least expect it. Either we are spending it on things that result in no action, such as worry or we are spending it on things that don't further our plans AT ALL!

How many of you put others before yourself? I know I do! Then as the day progresses it seems that time has slipped away and we haven't gotten anything done!
“I was busy 🤔 yes, but HOW has my To-Do list grown⁉️
Having low energy has everything to do with where we are spending it. The things we focus on(that do not serve us) seem to suck our energy and leave us feeling drained. 🥴
I want to suggest for a moment that you could step out of this process and enter a new one...

👏🏽 WAKE UP AND SEIZE THE DAY!
Get up and move DAMN IT! Your body is a , it only works at 💯 when it’s moving! Go walk the dog, go to the gym, dance around the house, have s*x, get on the bike! I don’t care what you do, but !
🚨I CANNOT stress how important this is! 🚨
👏🏽 CREATE A MAP 🗺 OF THE DAY!
I love following the seasons and since winter is coming to a close, now is a great time to change habits and detox.
✨Create a intention for the day( example**To be thoughtful )
✨list your goal for the day ( example** go through my emails )
✨list 3 task that will serve you in accomplishing your goal
👏🏽 BRAG ABOUT YOURSELF!
This is something I have started doing lately whenever I am pushing out of my comfort zone and I’m not being perfect (slight eye twitch).
I say it aloud.

“Wow, I am doing so well RIGHT NOW!”

When I acknowledge myself, I am bringing attention to my which reenforces this process as a success!! YAY!
Who doesn’t want success...⁉️
Now I realize that life isn't as easy as 1️⃣2️⃣3️⃣, BUT if you can follow through with this system you're more likely to see results than just winging it. Lets give it a try, and see what we see. 🤷🏽♀️😘
The reason you should even read this or even try to do what I'm suggesting is because unconsciously you're teaching yourself to plan your day, follow through, weigh the tasks of the day with what is best for you, and reward yourself for getting it all done!
I promise that after trying this once, you will feel clear headed, energized, and capable of handling anything the day throws at you!
