In Eat, Pray Love, my full on girl-crush Liz Gilbert chronicled her year of loss, healing, and loving. So much inspired me in her journey, but nothing more than her idea of loving the whole world. It just seemed a natural thing, this loving the whole world. But until recently, I had just wondered, how does a person even begin to do that? Most of us don’t have the resources to go on a year long personal journey through three different continents, and frankly, we are all just busy people. For most of us, something has to happen for the bu****it to fall away and reveal what that actually looks like. Like Liz, I too had to find myself, by leaving. And this quote is guiding my every move as I navigate a different life to the one I had envisioned.
