Meet Alejandra!

Alejandra specializes in bilingual (Spanish/Engkish) therapy, trauma, substance use, depression, anxiety, and BIPOC and immigration issues. Her style is empowering, intuitive, and collaborative. After earning her MSW at Columbia University, Alejandra practiced in inpatient and outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment settings and in high schools. Her work with clients includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT), and Relational-Cultural Therapy. She is currently becoming trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). We have been lucky to have Alejandra on our team since 2021.
