This month, our team and sister communities came together for our annual retreat—a fantastic chance to reflect, share ideas, and recharge for the year ahead.

We had meaningful conversations about today’s evolving senior living prospects across all service levels. Our sessions covered everything from the medical model and emerging digital marketing technologies to why authentic, lasting connections with families matter so much—throughout the decision-making process and beyond.

We’re excited to put these insights into action as we continue growing together. Here’s to meeting the needs of those we serve in 2026!

It is hard to find the words of how appreciative we are for the support of so many of our friends. We appreciate everyone that contributed and took the time and love to create a beautiful tree for our 12 days of trees. All of the trees were absolutely beautiful And we were able to raise funds to go towards the Alzheimer’s Association and the Friendswood Meals on Wheels. We have so many wonderful partners and we appreciate each and every one of you. All of the trees were fantastic and everyone had a hard time choosing but the most important thing of all is the smile on each of the residents faces when they see all the trees. The tree that had the highest bid was Amber with a senior care at $450.
First place with the most votes was tree number 23, Michele Kain Three Oaks hospice. Second place with the second most votes was Michelle Ayala With Essential hospice. Third place was a little Pitties rescue.
Most creative was tree number 20 from Carla with North store hospice.
Most glamorous tree number 22 was from Kris Harvey of the Cottages of Clear Lake . Again, thank you all so much. It was a lot of fun and everything goes to a great cause!
