Let’s talk about mom/new parent guilt.

You planned to breast or chestfeed—but your supply didn’t come in.
You nursed and or pumped around the clock—but your baby still needed formula.
You’ve done everything—and still feel like it’s not enough.

That heavy feeling? It’s guilt. And we want you to know something:
Guilt is a normal emotion. It doesn’t mean you’ve failed—it means you care deeply.

Here’s what we say in our consults:
🌱 It’s okay to grieve what you imagined.
🌟 You’ve done nothing wrong.
🧡 Formula feeding can be the right answer.
💪 You are doing an incredible job.

We can work together to reach your goals. Whether that’s bringing your baby back to breast/chest, building your supply, or just feeling peace with where you are—we’re here for all of it.
