✨ One last post before tomorrow… ✨

Tomorrow kicks off the Called to Rise Summit—and I have the honor of being the first speaker on Day 1 🙌🏼

My interview was pre-recorded (thank you to an amazing podcaster 🎙️), but I’ll be LIVE in the chat during the webinar—and I would absolutely love to connect with you there!

If I’m being honest… I still feel those butterflies 🦋
But more than anything, I feel grateful and expectant.

🙏🏼 I would truly appreciate your prayers—
for the message to land in the hearts that need it most,
for encouragement, breakthrough, and real transformation.

This conversation on health, healing, and whole-person wellness is so close to my heart… and I believe it’s going to bless so many.

💛 Come join me, say hi in the chat, and let’s rise together.

No-Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Energy Bites

Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats (old-fashioned)
1⁄2 cup creamy peanut butter (or almond butter)
1⁄3 cup mini chocolate chips
2 tbsp ground coffee or unsweetened cocoa powder, (for energy + flavor)
1 scoop Vanilla JuicePlus Complete Protein Powder
Optional: 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup if you like it sweeter
Optional: 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed for a fiber boost
Pinch salt
Directions
Instructions
1. Mix All Ingredients
In a medium bowl, add:
Oats
Peanut butter
Chocolate chips
Ground coffee or cocoa
(Optional: honey, seeds, salt)
Stir with a spatula until the mixture is fully combined and sticky.
2. Chill (Optional but Helpful)
Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes.
This makes the mixture easier to roll into balls.
3. Roll into Balls
Use a cookie scoop or spoon to portion out the mixture.
Roll each into a ball, about 1 inch in diameter.
4. Store
Place the energy bites in an airtight container.
Store in the fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 2 months.

Married people live, on average, two years longer than their unmarried counterparts.

When it comes to health, married people have an edge, especially married men. Why so? Women tend to take the lead in promoting healthy behaviors, benefiting their husbands. Data suggests that men and women in same-gender relationships tend to engage in teamwork to mutually promote positive health behaviors.
