I am retiring! 🥳
I started Your Lean Life LLC October 1, 2018. After over 6 years of Nutritional Coaching and Personal Training, I am retiring from Nutritional Coaching as of October 24, 2025.

For existing clients, if you have not already downloaded your program package at the end of your program, please reach out ASAP. All Google Folders will be deleted upon retirement.🔐

The website will remain into September, 2026.🌐

What is still being offered?
I will still be writing training programming and macro recalculations through likely April 2026 for anyone who wants one. Anyone who reaches out for Nutritional Coaching will be offered a truncated (ending by retirement date) or self-guided program.🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♂️
