Birth Basics and Infant Care The Birth Basics & Infant Care class is taught by a Childbirth Educator and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.

This class covers pregnancy, the labor and delivery process, medical terminology, medical interventions and options, relaxation and breathing techniques, medications, cesarean surgery, recovery, newborn care, and breastfeeding. Not only will you learn a lot, we'll support you through the process! Dads are encouraged to attend, too!
