A diet that is low in fat can cause many health problems for you such as: a disruption of hormone levels, weakening in your bones, your body’s digestion ability, kidney, and immune functions. Fat should NOT be avoided, rather it’s consumption should be moderated and managed. You need 20-35% of your daily calories from fat. This is just one of many factors that contribute to a healthy lifestyle and my personalized program incorporates activity, nutrition, and rest to your daily routine.
