With glass doors that let in golden light and windows that look out into the woods, this space brings us closer to nature and to ourselves. It’s peaceful, grounding, and full of charm.

We didn’t think it was possible, but this place feels like home.

🧘‍♀️ Oorja Yoga is Moving — and We’re Rising Into a Beautiful New Chapter

If you’ve ever read Who Moved My Cheese?, you know it’s a powerful reminder that change is inevitable and how we respond to it makes all the difference. Life has a way of redirecting us, often when we least expect it, and this past month has been a humbling reminder of that truth.

On March 1st, I moved my yoga studio into the welcoming space inside Summed CBD store. It felt aligned and full of possibility. Tammy, the owner, was nothing short of incredible, warm, generous, and supportive. I am so deeply thankful for her.

But recently, due to an unexpected call from the property manager, Tammy was asked to stop hosting yoga classes there. It was shocking and heartbreaking especially after such a powerful open house where we gathered in community, shared energy, and celebrated a new beginning.

I sat with the disappointment. I allowed myself to feel sad and frustrated.
And then I remembered: The cheese moved.

Thanks to Tammy’s continued kindness and belief in what we’re building, I’m thrilled to share that Oorja Yoga has a new home, one that’s just minutes away, with full support from the property team and a fresh energy I can’t wait for you to feel.

I know transitions like this can be disruptive, but I’m walking into this next phase with confidence, clarity, and so much gratitude. Every move we’ve made has brought us closer to a space that reflects the heart of Oorja Yoga, a place of grounding, growth, and connection.

Thank you for your continued support, your patience, your presence.
Change didn’t end us, it grew us.

This studio is more than a place to move , it’s a space to connect, grow, and root into community. And yesterday, you helped make that vision real. 🙏🏽

💔 Class Canceled Today 💔

I’m so sad to cancel class today, I truly look forward to our time together. But the good news is… we’re making improvements! 🛠️✨

We’re working hard behind the scenes to make the studio more open, welcoming, and aligned with our vision. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we get everything just right. 💛

We’ll be ready to welcome you with a brand new space at our Open House this Saturday, and I can’t wait to share it with you!
