When He calls you to steward your health,
He’s not standing on the sidelines hoping you’ll figure it out.

He’s right there 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒚𝒐𝒖 —strengthening your resolve, providing wisdom, and reminding you that His strength is made perfect in your weakness.

So when you choose:

😴 to rest instead of pushing beyond your limits
💧 to drink water instead of soda
🥗 to nourish your body with whole foods
🏃‍♀️ to move even when you’d rather sit
⏰ to time your meals with purpose

…you’re not just making a “healthy choice”—you’re saying 𝒚𝒆𝒔 to His calling
and 𝒚𝒆𝒔 to His strength in you.

You will have days you feel strong and days you feel weary.

But 𝑯𝑰𝑺 faithfulness doesn’t waver.

I used to think meal prep was just about calorie intake and avoiding “bad foods”…

but now I know it’s about
feeling fueled, focused, and faithfulin how I show up each day to honor God with my body!

🏈 Being a champion doesn’t mean you never lose —it means you learn, you grow, and you keep showing up with heart through the adversity.

Yes, this one stings.
We wanted that win.
We trained for it, prayed for it, and fought for it.

But this loss doesn’t define us…
it’s going to refine us.

Refine our character.
Refine our teamwork.
Refine our faith.

Scripture reminds us in James 1:2–4 to “consider it pure joy when we face trials of many kinds, because the testing of our faith produces perseverance.”

This is one of those moments.

But true champions aren’t built on easy victories —they’re forged in the fire of hard lessons and humble hearts. 🔥

We’ll bounce back stronger.
More united.
More focused.
More faithful.

Because when God’s writing your story,
even a loss becomes preparation for what’s next. 🙏

Proud of this team.
Proud of their grit.
Proud of how they love, fight, and lead with heart.

I know for some it’s just a game,

Every day, we’re faced with choices that lead us closer to life or slowly drain us of it.

We may not realize it, but our habits are spiritual. The way we move our body,
what we nourish it with,
how we rest,
and what we think—
Each one is an opportunity to choose LIFE!

God calls us to steward our bodies so we can serve Him fully—
not burned out,
not weighed down,
but equipped with strength and energy for His purpose.

👉🏼Today, ask yourself,
“Am I sowing habits that bring life or ones that lead to burnout?”

Choose life, one small sweat habit at a time.
😴 protect your rest.
💦 hydrate well.
🥗 focus on whole foods.

Not out of guilt or striving,

My heart is full and overjoyed after being in the room with such an amazing team of women who desire nothing more than to love God wholeheartedly and love people into the kingdom!

Such a beautiful reminder for me that strength isn’t just physical — it’s spiritual and relational too. 💪❤️

POV: Progress isn’t always about how you look on the outside 👀 …

but I’m grateful for that definition FINALLY peeking through in my arms. 🙌

But the real flex is how I feel!!

And this is simply a reflection of small, consistent choices I have committed to honor God with my health:

🌱 Choosing real, nourishing food—even when it feels easier to grab something quick.

😴 Giving my body rest—even when life feels too busy to slow down.

💧 Drinking water instead of running on caffeine.

🙏 Leaning on God’s strength when motivation feels low and habits feel hard.

That’s what true progress looks like—
an inside-out transformation.

And for me, every choice matters so I can have the
