It’s realigning what you’re already doing.

I’m celebrating a simple 2-day streak of early workouts—not because early mornings are “better,”
but because this season requires a shift.

There was a time I thrived in early mornings.
Then life shifted.
Hormones shifted.
Priorities shifted.

So I adapted—and that was obedience then.

Now I’m in a new season that’s calling for a small realignment.

Cassie’s story is one of grit, faith, and showing up—again and again.

She began her fitness journey years ago, back when our workouts were happening in gyms and school spaces, and during that season she lost an incredible 115 pounds.

Since then, life has shifted. She’s had another baby, walked through a hysterectomy, and like many women in their 40s, discovered that health looks different than it did in her 20s.

Instead of giving up, Cassie chose to begin again—with wisdom.

She’s now on a renewed journey to lose weight, improve her health, and work toward getting off blood pressure medication.
What keeps her going?
Community, accountability, and consistency.

Cassie loves training with F619 because she’s not doing it alone. The group keeps her motivated, and having coaching support from Iris helps her understand what her body needs in this season—without guesswork or extremes.

Some days it’s encouragement.
Some days it’s simply showing up.
And both matter.

Her best FIT tip?
Keep showing up—even when you don’t feel like you can.

So many of us start a health journey thinking this time we just need to get it right.

The perfect plan.

The perfect discipline.

But God never asked for perfection—He asked for surrender.

“Lord, how do You want me to steward my body in this season?”

Last year, my word was FRUITFUL…

I thought that meant results and checked boxes.
God showed me it also means growth.

And even though I celebrated a lot of great things from last year,

I didn’t hit every goal.
Some weren’t even

Last year, my word was FRUITFUL…

I thought that meant results and checked boxes.
God showed me it also means growth.

I didn’t hit every goal. Some weren’t even close.

But I lost inches, healed habits,
and started running again.

We stewarded money better and created extra income.

Our fitness community grew in impact, even through change.

Leadership Seeds were planted.

My family’s health improved—and that alone is the greatest blessing!

And That’s fruit.

Fruitfulness isn’t always visible in numbers, but it’s always present in obedience.

If you’re looking back feeling discouraged,
maybe the question isn’t “Did I finish?”

Maybe it’s “What grew?”

Because fruit takes time.
And God is faithful to bring the harvest.

I Started incorporating weights into my fitness journey almost 10 years ago. I could really see doing a mix of cardio and weights was what made my body respond to weight loss. I gained muscle and lost fat.

I have struggled with my weight for many years.
Finding what worked for my body has really boosted my confidence. I also learned about balanced nutrition and protein intake.

I continue to learn more and more each year.

My family drives me to keep healthy, especially my daughter. I want to be healthy for her and to play and keep up with her.

I love how being a part of the F619 community keeps me accountable and motivated. It is easier to stay healthy with a community that cares.

Let’s be honest… comfort zones are cozy, familiar, and safe. Sometimes they even feel inviting.

But here’s the truth: real growth happens just outside of them.

Every breakthrough I’ve experienced—and every client I’ve coached—started with stepping into a little discomfort.

Desiring to Make Devotional Time more consistent In the New Year ??

You want to spend more time with God,
but life gets busy.

You start strong, then miss a day…
then another… and before you know it, your Bible is collecting dust.

But here’s the truth:
Your devotional time doesn’t have to be long or perfect to be powerful.

It just needs to be consistent.

Here are 3 simple tips that have helped me be more consistent this last year!

1️⃣ Anchor your devotional time to an Existing Habit
Instead of trying to “find time,”
attach your devotional time to something you already do!

For me, my ideal time is before I get the kids up for school! And when I wake up later than planned, my back up time is after I drop them off! But one boundary is I don’t get on social until I’ve spent time with Jesus!

2️⃣ Create a space for your habit:
James Clear says every habit should have its own space!

For me I made this little prayer corner in my room, so I only read and journal here!

*Key things I needed: my Bible, journal, pen/highlighter, blanket, “footstool” and side table for my drink!

This also creates a trigger because when you see this space, you’ll imagine having your Jesus time!

3️⃣ Use the 2-Day Rule
Life happens, and you’ll miss a day, but Just don’t miss 2 days in a row!

I don’t always wake up on time and sometimes things come up > kids get sick, I have errands to run or other appts, so I have some back up options:

Simply Commit to do something simple! For me, It’s usually listening to a sermon while I walk or drive.

4️⃣ Shift Your Mindset: It’s About Relationship, Not Rules!

Devotional time isn’t a box to check—it’s about connecting with God.

Let go of perfection.
Some days will be deep Bible study, others might be a simple, heartfelt prayer.

It all counts.

✨ Transformation happens in the small, daily moments with God.

Keep showing up, and you’ll see your faith grow in ways you never imagined.

I started my health journey after years of battling my weight, diabetes, high blood pressure and depression.

After undergoing VSG, I knew I wanted lasting change—not just for myself, but for my daughter and my community.

Foundations 619 became the place where everything shifted. It’s where I learned to honor God with my body, push past my limits, and build habits that changed my health from the inside out.

What keeps me motivated is my daughter, Briella, the families I serve, and the reminder that someone is always watching and being inspired by my consistency.

I want to show that with faith, discipline, and small daily choices, we can rewrite our story.

Best Fit Tip:
Start small, stay consistent. The biggest transformations come from daily habits—water, sleep, movement, and fueling your body with intention. You don’t need perfection; you just need to show up.
