What Is Our Story?
The Holistic Healing School of Harmony and Health is the brainchild of Houston gynecologist Dr. Kourtney out of a need for basic education around women’s holistic health care. Often traditional Western medicine can offer very limited options in terms of hormonal balancing which are a big player in women’s health from heavy crampy periods to mood swings during PMS and even something as simple as dry skin. Often women are placed on hormonal suppression medications instead of being taught techniques to balance their hormones naturally. A lot of women have absolutely no idea what natural teas, tinctures, balms, and other holistic techniques that can be used for a variety of common modern gynecologic problems.
