We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of people in need. Our mission is to provide assistance to those who are less fortunate and to create a better world for all. Through our programs and initiatives, we strive to make a positive impact on the world and to help those who need it the most.
We do not use the actual pictures of the children due to privacy.

We come to you today with heavy hearts, compelled by the sudden and tragic loss of a devoted mother Renae Good. She was taken from us too soon, but her legacy lives on in her three beautiful children, aged 6, 12, and 15. In her absence, they now face challenges no child should ever endure.

This fund has been established to honor her memory by securing the future she dreamt of for her children. Beyond the immediate grief, they need stability, support, and most importantly, the assurance that their education and well-being will be protected. Your generosity can help lay the groundwork for their healing and provide them with the tools to grow into the bright individuals their mother knew they could be.

25 dollars ensures they have essential food and clean water, covering their most basic needs.
50 dollars can assemble a care package with vital supplies: hygiene products, clothing, and even school supplies to help them continue their learning journey.
250 dollars contributes towards giving their mother the respectful farewell she deserves, easing the financial strain on the family.
1,000 dollars can provide crucial long-term stability, helping secure their housing, offering vital counseling services, and establishing funds specifically for their continued education and future opportunities

“We recognize that returning to Camp Mystic carries both hope and heartache,” Camp Mystic's owners wrote in a letter to families this month. “For many of your daughters, this return is not simple, but it is a courageous step in their healing journey.”

It is unclear how many girls will return to Camp Mystic when the camp begins enrollment next month, but a spokesperson said there is “strong interest.” The camp's owner, Dick Eastland, died in the flood and his family has vowed to enhance safety measures before reopening, including two-way radios in every cabin and new flood warning river monitors.

The families of seven campers and two counselors at Camp Mystic who died during the July 4 Hill Country floods sued the camp Monday, alleging that its owners’ negligence resulted in a “self-created disaster” that led to the fatalities.

Twenty-five campers and two counselors were among the more than 130 people that died in this summer’s flash flooding near Kerrville along the Guadalupe River.

A final round of heavy rain is drenching California Friday and threatening to bring more flooding and debris flows after a days-long deadly siege of storms.

The waves of storms have killed at least four people in California since last weekend. The Christmas holiday storms have forced evacuations and more than 100 rescues, with some alerts still in place until Friday afternoon across parts of Southern California.

Homes encased in mud: Flooding, mud and debris flowed into Wrightwood Wednesday, a community in the San Gabriel Mountains about 80 miles northeast of Los Angeles, encasing homes and cars in feet of mud. Some residents had to be rescued from inundated cars and by helicopter from the roofs of homes, officials told CNN. A child suffered minor injuries, but no other injuries or fatalities have been reported.

Happy New Year: Support People Crans-Montana, Switzerland Ski Resort Fire

CRANS-MONTANA, Switzerland (AP) — Investigators said Friday that they believe sparkling candles atop Champagne bottles ignited the fatal fire at a Swiss ski resort when they came too close to the ceiling of a bar crowded with New Year's Eve revelers.
Authorities planned to look into whether the material on the ceiling that was designed to muffle sound conformed with regulations.
The candles, which give off a stream of upward-shooting sparks, were the same type that is commonly available for parties, officials said.

Forty people were killed and another 119 injured in the blaze as it ripped through the busy Le Constellation bar at the ski resort of Crans-Montana, authorities said.

Among the crowd was Axel Clavier, a 16-year-old from Paris, who said he felt as if he was suffocating inside the Swiss Alpine bar where moments before he had been ringing in the new year with friends and dozens of other people.

The teenager escaped the inferno, which broke out early Thursday, by forcing a window open with a table. But about 40 other partygoers died, including one of Clavier's friends, falling victim to one of the worst tragedies in Switzerland's history.
Many of the wounded were in their teens to mid-20s, police said.

Clavier told The Associated Press that two or three of his friends remained missing hours after the disaster.
Late Thursday, mourners left candles and flowers at an impromptu memorial near the bar. Hundreds of others prayed for the victims at the nearby Church of

Happy New Year: Support Families Hong Kong Highrise Tower Fire

Hong Kong apartment fire death toll rises to 146 as city mourns victims.
The death toll in Hong Kong's apartment complex blaze rose to 146 on Sunday as investigators discovered more bodies in the burned-out buildings. A steady stream of people placed bouquets of flowers at an ever-growing makeshift memorial at the scene of the disaster, among the worst in the city's history.

The Hong Kong police Disaster Victim Identification Unit has been going through the buildings of the Wang F*k Court complex meticulously and has found bodies both in apartment units and on the roofs, said the officer in charge, Cheng Ka-chun.

The buildings remain structurally sound, but the search has been slow, he told reporters, still wearing his white coveralls with his hard hat and respiratory mask at his side. "It is so dark inside, and because of the low light, it is very difficult to do the work, especially in places away from the windows."

The latest searches turned up another 30 bodies, including 12 that had already been discovered by firefighters but hadn't been recovered, said Tsang Shuk-yin, the head of the Hong Kong police casualty unit.

A further 100 people are unaccounted for and 79 have been injured, Tsang said.

At the scene, well-wishers bowed and said short prayers, or left handwritten notes among the flowers.
