Good morning calling all Women and Men! Happy Friday.

Earlier this week, I aked a few people to write down their S.M.A.R.T. goals you want to achieve between now and the end of year.

Its not too late to join in.

This is my 2024 Abundance plan.

I wrote 8 goals intentionally. I will share one below as I asked you to do. This is all optional ladies and gentlemen!

Prophetically: Just hoping to empower you to move as there is a Spiritual movement that is occurring right now in the earth realm! 👐👐👐

Spiritually the number 8 (referring to my 8 goals)
means:

… positive abundance in terms of enjoying mental stability, deep and meaningful love, a spiritual awakening, fresh starts in your life, and extra energy…

Interestly, this is in alignment with the vision I saw, which I will share via my blog about an entrance to a new demension we are entering into now.

1. My Physical Health - I want to lose 40 llbs

Here’s my plan

1. Take my beginning weight. Hide the scale until next month. Weigh monthly.

2. Walk 15 to 20 min 4 x a week.

3. Eat smaller portions.

4. Get rid of sugar out of my diet.

5. Be intentional to think happy thoughts each day. I make a decision to be happy.

I heard two of the 'greats' discussing this question.

"How do people get to where they want to go?"
The answer was, "People get to where they want to go because they know where they want to go."

I say, "People get to where they want to go because they KNOW who they are, and they know WHERE they want to go."

To know who you are, I need you to 'Elevate Your Essence (E.Y.E.)' Look at this acronym, E.Y.E. I need you to see something, not with your natural eye, but with your internal eye. I need you to perceive something about you!

Elevate means: "To arise or lift to a higher position."
Your means to belong to or be associated with you.
Essence means intrinsic nature or the indispensable quality of something abstract that determines its character.

I want you to rise today to the greatness in you! Arise to the human being that you were created to be, your intrinsic nature, the natural you! And you are naturally awesome!

I love sharing stories or some phrase to inspire you to contemplate.

In every situation, condition or circumstance, there is an equal opportunity to move forward and triumph!

I remember a preacher talking about Nehemiah, who rebuilt Jerusalem's walls during the Second Temple period. The preacher highlighted Nehemiah's ability to stay focused on his mission despite facing chaos and evil.

How many of you, like myself, are facing challenge after challenge, right now, situations that we never really had to face in this day and time? The merging of families that have been in conflict for so long, or losing food and resources, finance, or a loved one. By the way, if you have lost a loved one recently, please seek out a grief professional or a mental health expert like myself.

I had an angelic visitation on Sunday, the day before Hurricane Beryl. It's a way that they visit me from time to time and lighten up my home radiantly. In the past, I didn’t ask or say anything, but now I ask the question, “What is the message or lesson I need to learn?”

The next day, Houston was hit by a category-1 hurricane with winds up to 80 mph, causing widespread flooding and power outages. Despite the difficult situation, I felt surprisingly calm.

Moving forward, without minimizing the suffering caused by the hurricane, I urge you to transcend your current conditions and envision your future potential.

I would like to share another story. Some of you have heard it before.

As a young high school student, I often looked at the sky and thought, “There has to be more to life; the world is so vast; I wonder what lies beyond the horizon.” This is when I started envisioning the person I could become.

I couldn't believe it! There was even more to the story. I was going to be the first person in my family to attend college, and not only that, but I had earned a full scholarship to Scripps College in Claremont, CA, which is equivalent to an Ivy League school.

After graduating with a degree in pre-medical biology, I wrote training and procedural manuals for The Coca-Cola Company, Ernst & Young, Oracle, Motorola, and many other prestigious companies.

This was despite being told that I couldn't write and having attended one of the lowest-rated high schools in the country.

"You can achieve anything you want as long as you can imagine it."

I am in Houston, and it has been a heartfelt experience of displacement, hopelessness, fear, uncertainty, loss of communication and horrendous heat for the past two days of living in darkness due to Hurricane Beryl. Not knowing when this tumultuous experience would end, causes me to empathize with others.

Many are reaching out to me indicating they still without electricity and food.

The Power of Positive Thinking by Norman Vincent Peale says "A peaceful mind generates power." He further notes, " The life of inner peace, harmonious and without stress, is the easiest type of existence."

This is why I created this webinar that introduces 'The Power of Me: What's in Your Hand?" The introduction to this webinar is offered Monday, July 1st, at 10 am or Thursday, July 4th, at 7 pm.

Good morning you amazingly powerful beautiful women and men!

It’s time to awaken to the the powerful being that God intended for you to be when he created you in His image and likeness! But power is not always found in what we think, being boisterous, combative and loud. Power in reality is found in stillness, listening and awareness.

I have given you the keys (shutting and opening, the authority) of the Kingdom (the realm of rule and royalty) of heaven! Whatever you bind (allow, be needful of) on earth shall be bound in heaven. Whatever you loose (disallow, destroy, dissolve or close down) on earth shall be loosed in heaven!

Bind and loose some things into and out of your world!

Remember words create your world!
