Hey guys, I have a small update. The universe has thrown a tiny curve ball that I need to put 100 percent of my focus and engery into until the new year. I truly appreciate the support thus far. 🙏

Small, yet potentially huge update! I recently spoke with my managers at House of Blues & Punchline about teaching yoga for team building exercises and they are interested!! Everyone I work with and have talked to about this are very supportive and want this to happen. I will keep everyone updated and hopefully this is something that can grow into a beautiful monster!!
