We have signed a new contract with Northsight Management. This provides us with growth in Houston and five other cities in Texas. We will stabilize Houston's volume then take advantage of this great opportunity in San Antonio, Austin, Lubbock and Waco. One of our regional contracts with Bank of America and Mid-South Mortgage has agreed to assign their properties in the Beaumont area to us next quarter.

New websites coming soon to expand our business to more states. FYI we removed the site because it was not our core business revenue. We are exploring other options to make more $$$ for our contractors and their children. After all that's what it is all about encouraging our youth to achieve succcess!!

We are diligently working to generate clients for investment consultations from Morgan Limited on single-family and multi-family properties. We have several individual real estate investors we assist daily with renovations through Morgan Residential Services. We have been successful assisting other individuals with funding through, leverage, hard money or partnerships where our direct consulting have become very important. Our goal is to reach the small to mid-level investors who need a more focused direction in this lucrative re-emergence of the market.

We will have a new website and inventory data base for you to review all the exciting properties in Texas along with successes from our clients on their real Estate deals. Our new website will have many tools for the individual who seeks information about becoming an investor. These portals will include quick turn properties, REIT's and simple consulting FAQ's in starting to invest in Real Estate to actual consultants we link you to for direct Skype meetings.

Personally once we have a complete roll out of this sector of our business this will enable a serious individual investor the ability to within weeks see positive moves with his investments. He will be counseled on wholesaling, lead generation and online marketing. There are many scrubs out there selling nonsense. We have established over 16 years of renovating, flipping and rental investments proven methods for solid returns consistently 8%-12% over S&P 500 averages over the same 16 year period.

We ALL have a definition of success. What is most important to me in my success is tailored to my goals and dreams, not what someone else defines for me.

I think this a good map to follow reaching your definition of success.
1. Define success. Decide what success looks and feels like for you. Success is scalable. One man's ceiling may be another man's floor. Put your dream in perspective. Have a picture in your mind to motivate you when you hit the inevitable speed bumps.
2. Define SMART goals to achieve your plan.
Specific---a goal must be clearly defined
Measureable---a goal must be quantifiable
Attainable---goals must be realistic and achievable
Relevant---goal must be possible given the available resources and restraints
Time---there must be a time frame within which the goal is achieved
3. Celebrate success---When you get there celebrate like it's 2099, and don't forget to thank those who helped you as well as your haters. Those who threw shade motivated you to never give up. Helpers helped make your dreams possible!! Both were necessary.

Just when we thought spring was in the air!!!!!!!! LOL We are excited spring is near and looking forward to our rapid growth for 2014!!!Our sister company is getting a lot of action from word of mouth and social media!! Who would have thought? I am guess I am a little "old school" as my children have said for a while now. Morgan Residential Services of Texas is on the move this year projecting an 22% growth from 2013 since that year had some ups and downs but we prevailed and are stronger than ever thanks to the perseverance of many people!
