You don’t always realize how much you’ve learned - until you pass it on.

This week, I had the privilege of being shadowed by a student. And honestly? It was a full-circle moment.

There’s something so powerful about sharing not just what you do, but why you do it. Being an OBGYN can be intense, emotional, and unpredictable - but it’s also deeply human, purpose-driven, and full of so much meaning.

Showing someone the heart of this work in real time is something I’ll never take for granted.

And..to anyone dreaming of medicine: keep going 💙

The process of BECOMING...

It’s not easy, and I get it every part of the journey of becoming can feel like a challenge.

Some days, everything seems to click, and other days, it feels like a mountain you can’t climb. But.. here’s what I’ve learned: every challenge, every late-night study, every tough moment is part of the journey that gets you closer to your goal and to your dream.

Even when it feels impossible, TRUST the process.

Remind yourself that you are doing amazing things even on the days when it doesn’t feel like it. Every step, no matter how big or small, brings you closer to becoming the person you’re meant to be.

For me, that was becoming Dr. Oben. 💕

So take a deep breath, be gentle with yourself, and keep going. You’ve got this 💕
