Still feeling the energy from an incredible evening with 💗♥️ Grateful for the opportunity to guide such a beautiful group through a mindful movement session, all in honor of with ♥️

It’s always powerful to witness a space transform—starting with movement and ending in stillness, where true restoration happens.

Beyond movement, we explored the power of to bring balance and renewal. The journey inward is just as important as the one we take physically, and tonight was a perfect reminder of that. 💞

Saturday, February 1st, the Green Scene Sustainability Market is taking over from 3-7, and I’m thrilled to be part of it! 🌻 From fresh fruits and veggies to hands-on workshops, this event is a celebration of nature, community, and mindful living.

I’ll be hosting TWO transformative sessions:
🧘🏾‍♀️ Eco Zen: Rooted Flow (4:30 PM - 5:30 PM): A grounding yoga flow inspired by nature.
🎶 Bloom and Breathe (6:15 PM - 6:45 PM): A relaxing meditation workshop featuring sound bowls and light stretches.
