Ollin was privileged to be a part of the USA amputee soccer team’s Road to World Cup 2022 this past weekend.

These athletes are amazing and hold nothing back, help them with their campaign to the World Cup!

The team has QUALIFIED for the next Amputee World Cup that will take place in Istanbul, Turkey in early fall of 2022. There will be 24 countries from around the globe competing to win the biggest prize!

Golf Pro Roger Sloan with a little maintenance work in between tourneys.

Hip rotation and spine rotation are what occur in almost every athletic movement.

Here we are doing an anti rotation press in a seated 90/90 position but can be done all positions including kneeling, 1/2 kneeling, straddle, iso lunge, iso squat, etc.
