I am a wife, mother, and grandmother of three: 5-year old twins (one of each) and my youngest grandson just celebrated his first birthday. I honestly had no intention of starting another network marketing business but let me tell you, it has been an incredible journey so far and I am just getting started. Prior to beginning my current business, I was sick......all the time!! I suffered with hypothyroidism and every symptom that came with it, depression, acid reflux, allergies, migraines, insomnia, a host of female related problems, and I was obese. Now I didn't think I was obese, over-weight - YEP - but when an ER doctor tells you your obese and it's on all the forms, you have to face the ugly truth. Within just a few days of beginning Plexus, I began to feel better and experience an energy level I haven't felt in years. Within six months, I was off all my medications, including a pain pill addiction, and had lost 55 pounds. I had to know why. Could taking the right supplements have this great of an impact on my life? Thus began my quest into researching all I could get my hands. As I now connect the dots, this came in very handy, as you will see. About a year later, my husband was diagnosed with Stage 3 Lung Cancer. This actually came as quite a surprise to us. He had been taking the same supplements for about a year. He's smokers cough was gone - he had been a smoker since his first tour in Vietnam - and his blood pressure was nearing normal levels and he was no longer considered diabetic. The cancer was found during a routine chest x-ray for an upcoming surgery. The surgery was canceled and a rush of tests, doctors, biopsy was ordered. During this time, I began researching every ingredient in every product knowing that we would have problems with the oncologist approving the use of these of products. And sure enough we did. However, we made the educated decision to not only continue the products, we increased them all - against the doctors wishes. To make a long story short, my husband is now cancer-free and has been for a year!! Having my own business allowed me to be with my husband through every appointment ... chemo, doctors, surgery.... I was with him through it all. Through all of my research, I re-discovered my love of learning and that I had been offered a gift to help others to live a natural, healthier lifestyle and became certified as a holistic nutritionist and health coach. Helping others regain their health naturally is now my passion. Working from home and living healthy has blessed me with my favorite past-time........spoiling my grand-babies rotten.
