As we expand, we need an SDR Manager to build and lead a high-energy outbound team targeting HR and talent acquisition leaders in North America.
The Role:
You’ll build and manage a night-shift SDR team in Lahore, driving pipeline growth for our US sales team. You’ll design multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) to engage recruiters and HR tech buyers. This role requires deep understanding of US B2B SaaS sales, strong leadership, and the ability to work 6 PM - 3 AM PKT (or similar).
What You’ll Do:
✔ Build & Lead: Recruit, train, and manage a night-shift SDR team focused on US prospects.
✔ US Market Expertise: Craft messaging that resonates with HR tech buyers, recruiters, and TA leaders in North America.
✔ Multi-Channel Prospecting: Run cold email, LinkedIn, and call campaigns aligned with US business hours.
✔ Pipeline Growth: Ensure a steady flow of qualified demos and meetings for the US sales team.
✔ Tech Stack Mastery: Use tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
✔ Data-Driven Ex*****on: Track KPIs (response rates, meetings set, conversion) and optimize daily.

✅ 3+ years managing SDRs in a SaaS company (US market experience required).
✅ Proven success building outbound teams from scratch—especially for US/UK markets.
✅ Strong understanding of recruitment/HR tech sales cycles.
✅ Night shift adaptability: Willing to work US hours (6 PM - 3 AM PKT or similar).
