Yesterday’s Bio Check at Porsche River Oaks was such a grounded, productive morning, but as I’ve been reflecting on it, one word keeps coming to mind: Brave.
Showing up to a 3D body scanner, testing your grip strength, and stepping onto those scales in a room full of people is no small feat. It requires a certain level of vulnerability to look directly at your own data and say, "Okay, this is where I am starting."
To the women who joined us: Thank you for leaning into that. Seeing you throw yourselves into the process, and the conversations that followed, was the absolute highlight for me. You took the information and turned it into action, which is exactly why Greyline Collective exists.
A huge thank you to our expert practitioners and educators. Your knowledge provided the context these women needed to move forward with confidence. You didn't just give them numbers; you gave them a roadmap.
I’m so grateful to everyone who played a part in making this event happen. Here’s to more mornings of clear data, strong community, and the courage to keep showing up for ourselves.
A very special thank you to my good friend Jackie Bachmeier of Evolution Fitness & Wellness who provided the STYKU 3D body scanner and scales for grip strength, balance and body plus the amazing duo Melissa and Margie!
Also my heartfelt gratitude to my beautiful fit friend Lesley Goodman who was a champ leading women through the different assessments!
There are so many wonderful friends to thank--here's a complete list of educators and practitioners that guided us through the event, plus a sample copy of the Bio Check workbook: https://www.greylinecollective.com/events/
