Who We Are...
At Memorial Women’s Recovery House & Take Action Recovery we are committed to providing exceptional and affordable extended care to those struggling with addiction. As a hybrid, 12-Step based, integrated recovery system, our mission is to instill principles which allow our clients to find freedom from drugs, alcohol, and mind-altering substances. We are passionate about educating and equipping addicts with the tools needed to achieve long-term recovery.
Our Integrated Recovery Model is the key to our clients' success, and it is what sets us apart from other sober living, outpatient, and residential treatment facilities. Addiction affects all the fundamental aspects of an individual’s life and therefore, to be optimally effective, a solid continuum of care is an essential foundation to the recovery process.
The Integrated Recovery model is a comprehensive, balanced, and multi-faceted combination of counseling, structured living and behavioral/life-skills training, which are individually tailored to each client's needs. Unlike outpatient and residential treatment, our system allows the client to receive the maximum amount of support and accountability while assimilating back into society, which is traditionally the most crucial stage of the recovery journey. We pride ourselves on helping clients understand how to create a recovery-oriented lifestyle as opposed to simply getting sober. This provides empowerment for a happy, meaningful and prosperous life, which ensures the highest potential for success.
Take Action Recovery's treatment programs have a capacity for over 100 individuals and offer gender-specific, co-ed, evening Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), affordable extended care, group counseling, individual counseling, and a family program. The clinical director specializes in addiction medicine/dual diagnosis and our ethnically diverse Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselors have over 100 years of combined experience. Eligible clients, if necessary, are offered Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) in combination with counseling and our secure Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP).
