I'm going to implement but change some. For instance 2 verses of the Bible daily, pray 5 mins everyday, walk a minimum of 8,000 steps per day, 6-7 servings of fruits and veggies daily, no alcohol and no sugar, no phone after 9:00pm and minimum of 7 hours sleep.
