Want to cut through the misinformation of the diet & weight loss industry?🥜🧁🍤🥗🥓🍟🍠

It’s hard to know what to eat, what not to eat, how much to eat, when to eat, etc.

It’s also hard to know what type of diet to follow - low carb, low calories, keto, intermittent fasting, paleo, etc.

On top of all of that we’ve been bamboozled by the diet, “food”, and “weight loss” industry.

Here are some important tips about food and weight loss to keep in mind:

✅ Fat is not your enemy - sugar is (make sure you consume sea salt)
✅ Fat is only harmful in the presence of refined carbohydrates (make sure you consume healthy and undamaged fats)
✅ Vegetable oil is not “heart healthy”
✅ Junk food, diet food, and artificial sweeteners increase hunger
✅ Weight loss has nothing to do with counting calories.

Of course everyone is different and you should have an eating program that is customized for your specific needs, but the above can be applied to almost everyone.

You’re now on a path to unlearning “health propaganda” and getting back in touch with the truth.

I admit many years ago I used Splenda! If I had it to do over again, I'd stay far away from Splenda or any sucralose product. It definitely destroys your gut lining along with some other adverse conditions.
Only sweetener I use now is organic stevia from the stevia leaf plant with no added ingredients.

I want to get a whole grass fed cow so I can take advantage of all these. I've been buying a pasture raised ground turkey that has turkey liver and heart in it and when I eat a whole chicken- I always eat the heart and gizzard/liver.
