The 🏡💚 is approaching 6 years of eating a plant-based diet and we have enjoyed the transition! 🤗🌱
However, we have witnessed so many negative changes to "store bought" meat alternatives/products, using the same unhealthy ingredients (i.e. chemicals) that we find any other food items! So...what's the point!!?🤷🏾‍♀️

The point is, whether you are carnivore, vegetarian, pescatarian, plant-based, vegan, etc. please be mindful and intentional about what you choose to put into your body! Start reading those food labels and understanding where and how products are being manufactured.

The is dedicated to making our health a priority!💗 Sooooo, it's time to flush it all out!😳
