Are you feeling tense, reactive or irritated? Notice: where is your body right now? Tense or soft? Reactive or present?

When we disconnect:
Breath becomes shallow.
Muscles tighten.
Thoughts race and emotions feel overwhelming.
We feel numb, anxious, or constantly on alert.

When we connect with our felt sense:
Breath is full and grounding.
Muscles soften.
Emotions are felt, acknowledged, and safely expressed.
Mind feels present and clear.
We reconnect with our body and our power.

Moving from disconnection → felt sense is like coming home to yourself. 🌹

Pause. Breathe. Begin the journey back into your felt sense.

For years, I carried shame, grief, and fight-or-flight energy.
I needed a way to come home to myself — to my body, my emotions, my voice.

So I built a practice that helps transform overwhelming feelings into emotions you can hold with compassion — through breath, movement, meditation, and mantra.

The Lioness Code™ isn’t just a program.
It’s a reclamation of your body, your nervous system, your softness, and your power.

Sometimes emotions feel too big to hold.

Your nervous system isn’t designed to carry everything inside.
It’s designed to move, release, and return to safety.

Here’s a short practice you can try anytime you feel flooded:
✨ Breathe in through your nose, exhale with a sigh. Repeat 3 times.
✨ Say out loud: “I’m safe right now.” (Let your body hear it.)
✨ Shake your hands, arms, shoulders. Let your body tremble for 30 seconds.
✨ Place your hands on your heart. Pause. Feel your breath.

Your body knows the way back.
Hold yourself with compassion today. 🌹
