While you are on your fitness journey, The #1️⃣ thing you are going to have to do is REST Yes Rest 🥱. Resting is going to play a big part of your fitness journey. 3️⃣ key 🔑 things to know about resting is,

1️⃣ Muscle Repair and Growth:
- When you exercise, you create tears in your muscles. Rest allows your muscles to heal and grow back stronger, which is where fitness gains are made.

2️⃣ Injury Prevention:
- Enough rest helps prevent overtraining and reduces the risk of injury, allowing your body to adapt to the workload.

3️⃣ Improved Performance:
- Rest allows your body to fully recover and refuel, ensuring you're ready to give your next workout your best effort and make continued progress.

For beginners that want to start their fitness journey, here are some fitness tips I would like to share with you today. ⬇️⬇️⬇️

✅Advice #1// Have a workout plan!! Most of the time our main goal in starting our fitness journey is to lose weight, but sometimes we don’t have a targeted plan to lose that weight. Here are three key🔑 points that will be beneficial in your weight loss journey.
1️⃣) What specific weight goal you want to achieve?
2️⃣) Are you looking to bulk up or to tone your body?
3️⃣ )What areas you want to see progress in( meaning a change)??

✅Advice #2// Nutrition ⬇️⬇️⬇️Get in the habit of meal prepping your food, it is a good tool to have. When getting in the habit of meal preparation, you’ll know exactly the amount of calories, protein, vegetables, & carbs you’re eating daily. You can meal prep your food from five to seven days depending on your work schedule during the week. Meal prepping is a tool (food wise) so you’ll know the exact amount of calories you’re putting in your body and keeping track that you’re not over eating.
