Stop trying to leave reps in the tank. Train with the intensity your goals require.

Try this hack if you struggle with barbel bent over rows. Works well with dumbbells etc. I use this sometimes when I really want to lock in on the movement.
A lot of people tend to be too high up when performing this movement. in my opinion it’s best when you get as close to parallel with the floor.

I see a lot of people upset about the new food guidelines and here’s my take on this. I think it’s a step in the right direction and I would have liked more direction, but at the same time I understand why it’s more general.

Food is personal and different for most. The main message is to eat real food. I’m not a big fan of the dairy recommendations, but I am a fan of “if you must drink milk, drink whole milk”.

You cannot rely on your mood, the man who let's his mood and emotions control him is not free, but a captive to his feelings and circumstances.

You will not always be in the mood to do the things you need to do.

In the end, no one will remember what your feelings were when the act was not done, only that it was not done. Take control of your life and take the action you know you should

Simple changes can make a huge diffference. I might not have explained this in depth but you get the idea. I’m talking in terms of protein a lot because protein from Whole Foods especially helps make you feel full for longer.
