• Right knee ACL and partial MCL August 2001
• Left Knee ACL November 2006
• Right Bicep reattached March 2008
• Left Ankle debridement January 2009
• Lasik eye surgery July 2000
• Lasik Enhancement right eye January 2011

This is the journey I've been through, so far, and the souvenirs I've collected asking the way. I've most likely had over a dozen concussions over the years. I was diagnosed with glaucoma and recently went through some cardiac issues and learned I have had a heart attack in my past. Depression and anxiety give me fits and cause interruptions in my journey.

I put this story together today, 12 days before my 52nd birthday. It's been one hellll of a journey and often times filled with failure and pain. There were 2 times i was ready to give up on life but I did not. Through all of this the premise behind was born. MY story of continuing on, to get back on the soccer field or to feel joy in my life again.

I share this because my journey is not over, not even close!! My recent adventure through divorce, financial mess, and job loss where I found a new rock bottom in my life. It's never easy no matter how long the journey is, how much you plan, how successful you've been in the past. There is light around me again, a fire growing inside little by little, and a bigger passion than ever before to share with and help others continue their journey forward.

Through fitness, nutrition, and mindset training I will walk beside you as we both work on our goals. I will provide you resources for whatever you want to achieve. I will encourage you every single step of the way. And i will teach you how you can do this for other people as well.
