It’s been a while since I’ve posted (garden prep is in full swing over here!), and I wanted to share something from a client’s session that I’ve been reflecting on lately. 🌱
At the start of the session, my client mentioned that her hips had been feeling tight for about two weeks, and that this wasn’t typical for her. She wasn’t sure what was causing it. Here’s the really cool part: As we explored her Soul’s memories, it became clear that the pain was connected to something much deeper.
In a deeply relaxed hypnotic state, she found herself as a Native American woman who had taken over a large garden for her father. She worked tirelessly every day, ultimately overworking herself to the point of death—literally. She passed away at a young age because her body was too exhausted from all the labor and couldn’t survive childbirth.
As we continued, she realized that the tightness in her hips was a memory from that past life—caused by all the bending and squatting in the garden. She then shared that she had been weeding her own garden for about two weeks straight prior to our session! So, in her present life, after weeks of intense gardening, her body had started to "remember."
As always, I asked her subconscious what was causing the tightness in her hips to make sure we got the full story. This is just as fascinating: The message from her subconscious was clear—to make more time for herself and stop being so busy! Not just in the garden, but in all aspects of her life, as her schedule was always very full. Her body had been telling her, “Don’t overdo it again!”
This session is a beautiful reminder that when we don’t take care of ourselves or miss the message behind our symptoms, old patterns can resurface in surprising ways. 💚🌿
