We had an amazing crop this week! Look at these beauties. I have a lot of extras. Harvested 2 to 3 days ago. So fresh they are still growing in the packages. Everything $5 a package, pick up in Hubbard. Buy 2 get a free lentil sprouts. We have lentil sprouts, fenugreek sprouts, sunflower microgreens, wheatgrass, and radish microgreens. Microgreen spring rolls, rice paper, lots of broccoli microgreens, pea microgreens, sunflower microgreens, radish microgreens, a bit of mayo with garlic powder for a nice cream sauce, a drizzle of sesame seed oil. Daughter had just made some rice so I put a scoop in each roll. Dipped in a little soy sauce and YUMMMMM!!! Can't wait to make more with difference sauces.
