May Day is a call to pause - no unnecessary purchases, no work, no school- a moment to step out of the usual rhythm and reflect on the world we want to create.

We may not be able to change everything in a day, but we can begin by practicing the change we wish to see- and that practice can start on the mat.

🧘‍♀️✨ Yoga for Curlers – A Special Fundraising Event ✨🥌

We’re honored to be offering a unique yoga experience designed especially for the curling community — all while supporting an incredible cause.

Join us at the Petersham Curling Club for a gentle, accessible class focused on stretching, strengthening, and improving balance on the ice. No yoga experience needed — all are welcome.

This special evening will include:
• 60-minute yoga session
• 15-minute sound bath
• Light refreshments after class

📍 Petersham Curling Club (not at the studio)

In addition to movement, we will do some mindfulness activities as well as play games and engage in activities using yoga poses.

MyoYinyasa — a practice designed to help you both move and release.

This class weaves together a gentle, heat-building Vinyasa flow with slow, supported Yin Yoga holds. Along the way, we incorporate therapy balls for Myofascial Release—helping to melt tension, ease pain, and bring deeper awareness to the body.
