We are currently recommending Dr. Connor Ryan at Wayside Athletic Club for future patient care. Connor has years of experience with BOTH athletes and people looking to be active. His background is similar to Dr. Kim's and his thought process on finding the cause of the problem will help to fix your injury in a few visits versus months of visits.

It’s that time of year where volunteering can really make a difference. What could be better than helping and witnessing Olympic Trial Qualifying Time Runners as they earn their ticket to the USATF Olympic Trials. Every runner at this race has achieved an OTQ in order to participate in the marathon. McKirdy Trained is in need of volunteers to make this race go smoothly. All volunteers are gifted a free 10k entry, which takes place after the marathon. Because the race is in our back yard consider spending a weekend with some pretty awe inspiring athletes. What a great race at Running with the Wolves 5k/10k in Hudson this week. All proceeds went to the local food pantry. With the hot temps plus high humidity and dew points, make sure to stay hydrated and pace accordingly. It’s hard for your body to cool itself in this weather and that can be very dangerous. High dew point can be equivalent to wrapping your body in Saran Wrap and then going out for a run. Be safe and have fun!

Looking for something fun to do tonight?! Come get your run on like George and Eleanor. Highland City Striders is hosting a 5k/10k tonight at 6:30pm. There are still bibs available for same day entry. If you are entering the race today, you can go to Kelleher Field at 72 Jefferson Street, Marlborough at 5pm to pick up a bib and your swag bag!

ONE PT is sponsoring the Highland City Striders 5k/10k Running with the Wolves road race July 19th. It is a great event and takes place on Hudson’s scenic bike path. It’s a fun family event, come out and join us! Don’t forget, fun swag for runners/walkers too!!!
